When the Nintendo Wii first launched, it came packaged with the brilliant Wii Sports, an outing that showed off the ability of the console’s motion detection as well as the ability of Nintendo to get you up and moving with your gaming. The extremely simple design led to hours of gameplay, all with a free game, probably one of the best pack-in demos ever released with a console.

Hot off the heels of Wii Sports comes Wii Play, another tech demo from Nintendo that involves the careful use of the Wii Remote in very simple yet addictive games from our every day lives. The New PS3 Processor Chip

There was quite a lot of hype last year about Play Station 3′s revolutionary processor chip, “The Cell.” This processor chip was going to blow everybody’s minds and totally change the way we think about video games. It would make games so amazingly realistic, you’d never be able to go back to the old systems again.

Now, the PS3 is out and everybody is still waiting for that mind-blowing gaming experience that the Cell promised. Sony had said that, in particular, the Cell would give the PS3 better graphics and more detail, and give it a competitive edge over the xBox 360 and Nintendo Wii.
